    He felt disgusting, his nose crinkled as he skidded across the dusky terrain of the dark lands, he wasn't used to the texture under his paws; hard and ticking marks into his obsidian pads. The dark feline sighed, but didn't make a move to comment as his mouth felt as if it was full of cotton. He hadn't had water for a good day or so. Moriarty rolled his stiff jaw as the thought crossed, who exactly would he be talking to anyhow? He rumbled out a sarcastic chuckle, yes, he had gotten to the point of delusional that he had tried to speak to himself. How pathetic.

    The only food he had gotten was a half eaten doe carcass that he had gotten from tasseling with a rogue. He wasn't one to take morsels from some low-life; but at that point he didn't have a choice. The rogue didn't put up much of a fight, but he had left a pretty gash in Moriarty's shoulder, one that was currently leaving a lovely little trail of red droplets in his wake. No more fighting for me for a bit.

    His lips curled up briefly as he felt the territorial scent hit him in his face like a wall. He lifted his large cranium from where it hung between his shoulders, ears twitching feverishly as he tried to pick up any sounds telling him he should probably turn back. dont ever speak too soon, idiot He scolded himself mentally, coming up fruitless he relaxed his haunches, attempting to calm himself from his startle. He doubted they would actually attack him if he just passed through their land, he wouldn't approach too deep, but would get through quickly enough that he wouldn't get into trouble. At least he hopped so.

    The panther sped up his steps, sprinting rather than his lazier trot before. His large paws thudded against the ground as he mapped his way through the trees, azure optics squinting against the light that streamed from the trees, he felt as if it was reaching down from the firmament just to annoy him. Or maybe he was acting crazy again.

    The shock that crashed through Moriarty's body was cold, and almost refreshing as he slowly brought himself to a stop. Whipping his head to let his intoxicating eyes meet with the..apparently magical individual's. He stared for a moment, shifting to press his weight onto his currently favored leg. His lips curled up into a grin, terribly excited over seeing something such as this. ''That's fascinating.'' he commented rather than answering the question, he didn't give names unless he had offered.

    But telling from the way the tiger had used powers to track him barely a foot into the territory; he thought better than to mess with him ''I was just passing through, i truly meant no harm.'' he pulled the most innocent look he could. He didn't have time to play, he needed to find a weak camp that he could get bandaged at before it got infected.

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify][color=white][size=7pt]

    //SULLY <3

    The panthers optics narrowed ''I answered half of it, my friend.'' he offered coolly, he swiveled his head to look over his shoulder. There was perfectly good exits, he could just dart for it. His shoulder took away from his speed but it wouldn't kill him to hide for a bit.

    //a bit rushed I'm sorry

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify][color=white][size=8]

    ''Mmm, yes, precisely. You're preventing me from getting help on my wound.'' he rumbled out, continuing to play the innocent card as long as he could, he could tell the male had began to get irritated with him. But his irritation just spurred the panther on further, and Moriarty grinned ''Now if I could get by that would be lovely.''

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify][color=white][size=8]

    Moriarty stared for a moment, azure optics calculating as they bored upon the familiar look of the panther. He made no move to agree with the help. He hated getting helped, its owing someone; and the ebony jaguar did not have time to owe anyone, anything. He let out an irritated huff and sat himself down roughly in a childish manner.

    He trained his eyes onto his bleeding haunch and sighed, he wouldn't be able to find a camp close enough with the speed he was forced at from this. At the first individual's motion he narrowed his optics, he had silently preferred the other Panther. ''Thankyou, my friend.'' he mumbled out to the satchel baring wild cat.

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify][color=white][size=7pt]

    Thudump, Thudump.
    The terribly satisfying smack of the chickens head as it lolled against the dusky ground enticed the panther. He had snagged this thing right out of the barn a few miles back, he hadn't actually traveled that far just for this plumped prey. Rather than, he had decided he needed a breath of fresh air, and an annoying habit of his was to get lost in his own thoughts. His walk turned into quite the little journey and if anyone asked, he would simply use hunting as an excuse for his absence. Not that anyone would exactly miss his presence.

    It had been exactly two days since he was accepted into this little union, as they called it. His shoulder was somewhat healed thanks to the medic here, they fed him, gave him shelter, and let him do as he pleased. And Moriarty couldn't be more miserable. He hadn't made acquaintance with anyone besides the medic, he had only managed to piss others off. Not that he was terribly interested in anyone specifically, they all seemed terribly dull. Not to mention they couldn't actually please him by keeping him cooped up like this, the only reason he hadn't bolted was because his shoulder needed a bit more work.

    He shifted his grip on the bony legs of the farm chicken, nearing the entrance to the disgustingly semi-familiar catacombs. His stormy azure optics caught on the distant form by the opening, a guard maybe? As he finally got close enough where the shape focused in. He stared calculatingly at the tiger, maybe he could get this brute into taking the chicken in under his name. He dropped the kill a foot or two away from the beast and rolled his jaw. Licking around his maw once before clearing his throat ''Hello there.''

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify][color=white][size=7pt]

    Ignoring him it seemed, the tiger had his face turned away from him. The azure optics trained on the side of tigers face, staring for a bit before he grinned. He seemed, a bit, interesting. If the panther could say, probably a bit of the most intriguing person that Moriarty had seen in these couple of days. And the feline could tell this just from the body language. He decided he would try to get him to carry the bird, after carrying it over he thought he would just tease him for fun before continuing on his way. But now, he would test him.

    ''Yes hi--''

    He pressed his ears back to his skull, widening his eyes and pulling his most innocent look ''You see I--recently hurt my arm, and it really strains on me when I'm carrying this meal here...you seem strong. Do you think you could....?'' he trailed off, it was hard not to break his pleading expression with a enticing grin. So far this fellow was interesting, he really hoped he wouldn't disappoint him. He would leave the question in the air without really asking it, and leave it up to the brute to pick up the pieces.

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify][color=white][size=7pt]

    Challenging him was he? Moriarty suppressed his childish glee once more and nodded. ''It puts a strain on my neck too, but..really, if its too much.'' he continued to play his innocent card, he had a feeling that it wouldn't last much longer. But he wasn't afraid of it failing, he could always pull out his dominant voice and see if that would work. Oooh, he could maybe even guilt trip him a bit. Oh he desperately wanted to run more tests of willpower on the feline. This was starting to get too exciting.

    He smiled a bit, wide and as false as they come. He shook his head like he was waving it off before faking a wince as he leaned his cranium down ''Dont worry about it, I think I can handle it.'' he gingerly picked up the chicken, letting out a pitiful whimper as he straightened himself. Moriarty let a facade of pain wash over his face, oh how he wondered would the tiger react now.

    //sorry mobile

    [align=center][color=white][size=7pt]
    Oh god, He was a keeper.

    Moriarty didn't hold down his content buzz this time, letting a real smile grace his features as he lifted his ebony cranium. "what a good boy you are." his voice had gone back to its usual slow sultry tone, there was enough of his petty show; and now all he wanted to do was break this feline. He would make a lovely follower.

    The panther didn't usually take them in of course, followers were toys, meant to be played with, broken, and then tossed away. But this, this brute here didn't look like he would break easy. And Moriarty found himself fawning over that fact, games were always more delightful if they were a challenge.

    He prodded forward, making it obvious that his shoulder actually didn't hurt him much. "Come along---Hmm, Oh that's right." He looked bitter for a moment before he flicked his tail up to nick at the felines ear "I wasn't graced with your name....but that's alright. I'll just call you tiger for now." Why bother with letting him drop the chicken and speak? It would make the trip longer, and Moriarty wasn't one to linger unless necessary. He wanted to hurry up and put this thing in camp so he could somehow get the feline to continue to converse with himself.

    He rasped a pink tongue over his maw, chasing the last bits of flavor from the chicken carrying. Maybe he'd hit him with an 'how should I repay you?' although that one never seemed to go well. He's even gotten a 'f*ck off' response to it. He let out a soft chuckle at the memory and shook his head, he'd have enough time to think of something as they walked.

    No response, mm, he usually liked them a bit silent. It actually usually meant more character, Albeit the fact that he did force him into carrying something for him. So his mouth was terribly occupied, what a shame Not to mention he was talkative before, gruff about it though. He gave off a 'tough guy' vibe and Moriarty fed off of it like a leech. The bigger the better they say, and he was perfectly happy with Tigers size.

    Nearing the opening that led into camp, Moriarty dipped in without making eye contact with anyone. These people annoyed him at a large, and he hardly wanted to grace them with a look. He was positive they felt the same. The panthers eyes briefly darted to the feline beside him, he hadn't exactly come up with a good plan to continue to mess with him. He was one to enjoy pushing buttons, and Tiger was an easy to ruffle kind of guy. Or at least the Panther assumed.

    He practically bounced to the fresh kill pile, turning his head to gaze at the big cat expectantly. "you're such a nice boy, Tiger. I'll definitely have to reward you." he teased further, playfulness sparking in his eyes.

    Moriarty wasn't surprised with the vulgar language, and actually basked in it. Yes, character development. It was almost as if he were in his own little book. The rough way of speech fit his personality, and without a doubt Moriarty grinned a him, nodding as if he were speaking to a cub. ''Mm, you don't want the chicken?'' he sounded a bit offended, but his question fell dumbly as the feline walked away.

    Of course he followed him, Moriarty usually wasnt the chaser, but it didn't wound his pride; not with a gem like this. He had to speed up a bit to catch up with him fully, and breifly thought of hitting the male. The audasity, slow down. He didn't speak his thoughts though, and instead cleared his throat ''Are you so sure? I can get a lot of things if I want it.'' now, not entirely true, but he could pull a leg or two for him, the union wasn't fit to his standards just yet. But he'd get there.

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]

    [color=black] Oh now this is what he was talking about, the turf of the dark forest felt nice under his paws, and the panther let out a satisfied purr. He could definitely get use to this ''It's so nice Seb, I absolutely adore their grounds. It beats those dusky catacombs any day.'' His voice was mellow as always, and he found his calculating optics rolling to give the male a look. ''Aren't you happy we did this?'' he playfully brushed shoulders with the male. Moriarty couldn't help himself, teasing the poor felis was way too much of a boredom killer; and despite his continuous enthusiasm over the new territory. He felt it as he always did, dull and throbbing in the back of his mind.

    As they reached the boarder the ebony jaguar lowered his muzzle to get a whiff of the scent ''It always shakes you a bit when first changing over.'' he mumbled more to himself then the tiger next to him. He knew this drill, just like he always did, and this was one of the first times he came willingly. He craned a attentive ear and counted the seconds it took for them to arrive, it never took long.

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]

    [color=black] It was a bit surprising to see the species in front of him, and at first Moriarty could only stare. It seemed to be..a saber tooth tiger, or a smilodon. He thinks is what it's called, in a hue of purple. With wings. Rarely was the panther shocked by anything, and usually he didn't quiet enjoy surprises. But this delightful, honesty. And made his excitement for the clan more unbearable. ''Moriarty, and Moran.'' he introduced, flicking his tail once to himself and then once to the felis. Keeping his eyes level and voice steady albeit his grin.

    ''We came here looking to join a clan with better standards.'' he said simply, looking to Sebastian to see any hint of disagreement with his words.

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]

    [color=black] The panther nodded his head and smiled at Pollux, Merle and the two newer cubs. ''Thankyou. I will.'' he put simply, eyes flitting to Moran's as they brushed pelts. But what he wasn't ready for was Temujin, or Tem or--. Well put short, Jim, was not good with kids. He stared wildly at the feline ''Oh...thats, well--OK.'' he crinkled his nose, rethinking through all the questions. ''Best friends? Well its more like--'' he stopped himself, he'd rather not label them ''Yeah, friends. Not a long time, but I'd say a fair amount. Yes they are, we just prefer others to use them rather than our firsts.''

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]
    [hr]
    [color=black]err so, not trying to make this bigger than it has to be but. I was scanning through the bloodclan threads and found another Moriarty who is also a black panther, haha.
    What should I do?
    They joined after me but it seems that they use to be a third tier of bloodclan...

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]
    [hr]
    [color=black]How had he ended here? At this point, not even he himself knew. Crystal luminaries honed in on his paws, they were matted with dirt from his travels, steady and more precise now that they had attention. He had never been in a place like this, it was contrastive and almost calming in its own placate manner; he didn't hate it, but he couldn't say he was fond of it either.

    Taking his attention away from his pads, the lupine lifted his cranium to peer up at the sunlight warming the fur on his face. It seemed to permeate straight from the firmament, and Cassian found himself squinting against its brightness. He could feel his mind begin to churn as scents of other animals grew stronger, he wasn't some neophyte to introductions. But he was sure being flippant upon first meeting others was inherent to him. Play it cool. His thought cut in rudely, derailing him completely from his negativity. Albeit, it was welcome as he sucked in long cool breath. Holding it until a slight burn tickled his lungs before blowing it out hoarsely.
    Got this.

    Upon reaching the border, Cassian could feel an excited tremor run over him. He was hesitant to bring his cranium down, but pushed past his guarded bastion to sniff along it. The scent was foreign, and he felt his muzzle crinkle at its tang. Pulling away he stood tall, letting his cobalt irises roll over the land as he called out to it ''Anyone around?''

    [mobile + excuse any typos]

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]
    [hr]
    [color=black]They were quick, he liked that. Cassian let his soft luminaries cascade down from where he was studying the tops of the buildings, they shifted to look dead into the face of the feline. The canine let his maw quirk up into a small grin, it was an attempt at showing that he was friendly, but he was sure that they had a nice little bastion going on here. He studied the features of the femme, thinking over his words before speaking ''Cassian.'' he quipped, his tone calm but laced with warmth. ''Looking to join.'' he found it easier to make everything a bit simpler, so he kept it that way, and waited patiently for her rebounded speech.

    [omg i love patty walters]

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]
    [hr]
    [color=black]Cassian's grin seemed to widen upon her words. Good, another temporary shelter and food supply; no, of course he didn't think of every place he stayed like that. But his last place had kicked him out, and he needed to find something quick to chase away those memories. The bitter scald of his thoughts lit up an angered heat in his chest. But none of this anger surfaced as his expression remained placate and kind ''Of course you can call me Cas, give me time but..I'm sure I can come up with one for you too.''

    [align=center][fancypost bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 400px; line-height: 100%;][sup][justify]
    [hr]
    [color=black] Now the first word that came to his mind upon meeting the sha had to be; childish, maybe even manipulative. Despite this, Cassian found himself unable to dislike the male, his aura was strong and he was playful; not always a good mixture but it seemed to work here. On the males next words, albeit his down turned maw, amusement fogged his luminaries. ''I dont mind, call me what you like.'' his voice was steady and placate as always as he tracked Sitri's lithe form. He found that he was a bit fascinated with it; as he had never come across a creature like this before. But his thoughts were clean cut as Cassian barked out a laugh at the comment of 'daddy' ''Dont think you really want me calling you daddy.'' he said after his chuckles subsided. Sitri spoke in such rushed and demanding speech that Cassian came to focus on the fact he would not be an Arbiter here. Quirking a metaphorical brow the canine shrugged ''Alright then, a tour.'' he agreed, hesitating to spare a glance spanishlullaby's way before trailing after the sha.
